Anthony’s creative output includes works for ensembles, electronic & electroacoustic media, installation, and audiovisual mediums. He works with field-recordings, analog/digital synthesis and various modes of electroacoustic instrumentation, including Synthi 100 & Buchla Easel synthesizers. He harnesses sound qualities in specific spatial contexts, with multimedia, as well as with various forms of creative practice. He seeks beautifully unique timbres, textures, and sonifications in his work, and he is drawn to the inner world of sound and exploring connections to memory, sonority and place.
Anthony’s work is performed and installed internationally. He is a frequent collaborator and alongside his creative practice he is a Senior Lecturer in Music (Interactive Composition) in the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music at the University of Melbourne.
