The EMS party on 24/5 2010 at Clustret in Stockholm was a great success. More than 600 people celebrated EMS and the dynamic electronic music scene here. We saw lots of new faces! And we were also delighted to see people – composers, musicians, teachers, concert goers – who have had a connection to EMS for a very long time already.
For a period of time, EMS was an acronym meaning Electroacoustic Music in Sweden, but it has now reverted to its original signification – which we think is more appropriate – Elektronmusikstudion.
